HEALTHSTREAM PROVIDERS PSYCHOLOGY CANCELLATION POLICY
Healthstream is proud to provide exceptional health care services at an affordable cost to all our patients. When you make an appointment to see one of Healthstream’s professional Psychologists, the session time is devoted completely to you for the entirety of that time slot.
Should you need to cancel your appointment:-
* Please call us on (02) 4620 6186
* We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Our front desk staff will forward to all patients a courtesy SMS text message reminder of your appointment details the day prior to your appointment. Keeping your appointment is your responsibility to attend, or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Please advise Healthstream as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, as we do have a lengthy waiting list for patients waiting to see our Psychologists. Due to the difficulty of filling in last minute cancellations, we respectfully implement a 24 hours’ notice cancellation policy. Healthstream may charge patients a $50 cancellation fee for missed appointments or last minute cancellations and this charge may be payable prior to you making any further appointments. Exclusions to this fee may be made in exceptional circumstances only, such as personal illness or family emergency. Please contact Healthstream immediately on (02) 4620 6186 if such occurrences have interfered with you keeping your appointment with us.
